IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Cancellation of a grooming appointment does not guarantee an immediate reschedule. It may take up to eight weeks for another appointment.
 
There may be a Inconvenience fee for fleas, matting & biting
 
Due to an abundance of ‘No Call, No Show’ appointments there may be a fee of $35 for not calling or not showing up for the scheduled appointment.

For the privacy and safety of our family (four-legged ones included) we have a few requests:
1. It is important to keep your pet(s) on a secure leash or carried into our facility. 
2. There will be a designated potty area to use as needed. 
3. We ask you to respect your set appointment times. We do not have set business hours and are not open to the public at all times.
